How to brew tea masala
Masala - an ancient and very popular in Indian ayurvedic tea with spices. This drink is considered to be a good tool to enhance immunity, helps with colds, useful in a lack of energy and general lethargy. In the summer of masala tea quenches thirst, and cold - warm fine.

- a glass of milk; - A pinch of black cardamom; - 1/2 teaspoon (5 peppers), green cardamom; - Two pinches of allspice; - 3-4 cloves sticks; - A pinch of nutmeg; - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; - 1 tbsp. teaspoon grated fresh ginger or a pinch of dry; - 1 teaspoon of black tea; - Sugar to taste.

Pour the milk into a deep pan and bring to a boil. Add to it the cardamom, cloves, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
