How to clean the brew

Clean the ready brew of impurities potassium permanganate. In the three-liter jar of moonshine pour 2 - 3 grams of potassium permanganate. Bank to close, shake and put in a water bath at a temperature of 50 - 70 degrees Celsius for 10 - 15 minutes. Wait for precipitation and pour pure drink.
Add 1 l brewed alcohol 8 - 10 g of sodium soda. Stir and leave to infuse for 20 - 30 minutes. Then mix again. After 10 - 12 hours, drain the liquid and remove all residues.
Freeze the brew - this will improve the taste and the water, the frozen to the vessel wall, fusel absorb impurities. Pour the brew in a thick-walled vessel, for example, a bottle of champagne, cover and place in the freezer or in the cold for a few days. Water together with the impurities turn into ice. Then pour the brew into another clean container, until the ice melted.
Add 3 liters brewed alcohol 50 tablets of activated charcoal, 2 tbsp. spoon oak bark, a pinch of vanilla, a handful of dried wild cherry and leave for a week. Then strain and add another 20 - 40 activated charcoal tablets. Leave to infuse for at least another week. Or miss brew several times through a filter for water, while using a new cassette.
Whisk protein with water, or 200 ml of skim milk and immediately pour into 1 liter of beverage brewed. After 2 - 4 days, the mixture brighten and flakes settle to the bottom, pour the clear liquid into another container.
Get rid of unpleasant odors by using coal - 12 liters of moonshine Take 400 g of fresh birch coals. Steep mixture until the coal is not yet settled on the bottom and the liquid is clear. Then carefully pour the brew and dilute with water (2 parts drink 1 part water). Add 800 g of crushed raisins, walnuts, parsley, or apple moonshine and miss again through the apparatus.
