Step 1:

Determine the theme and objectives of the training. Shape of their request, of your head. Learn how to use them to highlight key points. Learn to keep eye contact with each participant or sub-groups of 3-5 people. Going to the training, pay attention to detail. Appearance should be neat and tidy.

In the first lesson, create a rule group. Communication on a "here and now" does not allow for consideration of the problems of the past and the future. Follow the activity of all members of the group and the personification of statements - one should express only his own opinion. Participants should be accented on emotional states and feedback. To do this, you need to rebuild the dialogue and begin to adequately talk about their feelings.

Step 5:

Create a confidential atmosphere. To do this, declare that communication in the group will be on "you" and all should speak only the truth. Tell students about the training principle of confidentiality, the essence of which is that what is happening in class will not passed and remained only among the participants.

Step 6:

End the occupation reflection. Each participant has to speak about what he bought, learned or understood on this day. In the next lesson, ask students to tell what happened they have a new, interesting, or funny. Encourage the participants to cultivate and analyze their actions, keep them optimistic.

Step 7:

At the last session warn the participants that should refrain from engaging in reckless behavior that may appear on the wave of enthusiasm after the training. Around it is not necessary to marry, changing school or work for a month, move, etc.
