Cheese cake with chocolate and strawberries

You will need:
- 200 grams of biscuits; - 100 g butter; - 200 g of dark chocolate; - 400 grams of cottage cheese; - 400 g sour cream; - 1 cup of sugar; - 25 g of gelatin; - 2 tbsp milk; - 200 g strawberries.

Crush cookies to crumbs state. Grate 50 grams of grated chocolate. Then, mix the crushed biscuits and chocolate. Prepare a pan and melt the butter in it, and then pour the melted butter into the dry mix. All this stir well.
