How to cook buckwheat porridge milk
Buckwheat has long been appreciated in Russia for its beneficial qualities and flavor. It can be liquid, friable, viscous, with milk or dairy-free, with fruit pieces. Buckwheat porridge can be served as a separate dish or as a garnish. In addition, it is useful to have people with diabetes, gastro-intestinal diseases. This cereal increases elasticity of blood vessels. For this purpose, it is recommended to include in the menu as often as possible.
You will need:
buckwheat - 1 cup; milk - 2 cups; salt sugar butter - in taste.
Instruction how to cook buckwheat porridge milk
Go through the rump by removing from it the bad grain. Thoroughly rinse it several times, until the water is light. To buckwheat turned out crumbly, you first need to wash it in warm water and then hot. Warm liquid to remove surface starch grains and hot - fat that may accumulate during storage.
Pour into the pot the required amount of milk and put on a slow fire. As soon as it boils, pour the washed buckwheat.
Cook porridge for 20 minutes first 3-5 minutes should be prepared cereal on high heat and then slow. Do not open during cooking cover and interfere with buckwheat - it is preparing to steam. For 5 minutes until cooked add the butter. Let sit for a while porridge.
To maintain useful trace elements and vitamins, buckwheat cook for 5 minutes. Then add the butter, close the lid tightly and wrap in a blanket for 20-30 minutes. After a specified time porridge is ready for use.
Serve at the table with pieces of fruit, honey or sugar. Sugar is recommended to pour into hot cereal and stir until completely dissolved.
