How to cook meat okroshka
Summer heat - the perfect time to cook a delicious beef hash. This ancient dish not only quenches your thirst, it is also quite rich in calories in order to forget about hunger.
You will need:
- 300 grams of beef; - 1 bunch radishes; - 2 cucumbers; - 3 eggs; - greenery; - Salt; - 1.5 liters of yogurt.

To prepare the meat hash is better to use low-fat cuts of beef (eg, chops and tenderloin). Thoroughly rinse the beef under cool running water and lower the whole piece in boiling, salted water beforehand. Cook it on low heat for 1-1.5 hours. Cooked meat cool and cut into small pieces.
