Pork braised in cream sauce is one of the classic versions of this kind of cooking meat. Easy to prepare, but no less delicious, this dish will adorn the table and will appeal to both guests and owners of the house.

How to cook pork, stewed in sour cream

You will need:

500 g pork tenderloin; 2 pcs. onions; 1-2 cloves of garlic; 200 g button mushrooms; 1-2 bell peppers; 1 tbsp. sour cream; 1/5 Art. water or broth; 2-3 tablespoons flour; salt pepper herbs and bay leaves to taste; vegetable oil for frying.

Step 1:

Pork rinse well and let dry. You can wet a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the meat into small oblong pieces. Season with salt. Gently rub with crushed garlic and let it sit for a few minutes, the meat soaked. Then roll the pork in flour.

Step 2:

Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and place the meat back. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Step 3:
