How to cook pork, stewed in sour cream
Pork braised in cream sauce is one of the classic versions of this kind of cooking meat. Easy to prepare, but no less delicious, this dish will adorn the table and will appeal to both guests and owners of the house.
You will need:
500 g pork tenderloin; 2 pcs. onions; 1-2 cloves of garlic; 200 g button mushrooms; 1-2 bell peppers; 1 tbsp. sour cream; 1/5 Art. water or broth; 2-3 tablespoons flour; salt pepper herbs and bay leaves to taste; vegetable oil for frying.

Pork rinse well and let dry. You can wet a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the meat into small oblong pieces. Season with salt. Gently rub with crushed garlic and let it sit for a few minutes, the meat soaked. Then roll the pork in flour.
Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil and place the meat back. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Onions clean, wash and cut into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and slice them plates. Put in a pan chopped onions and mushrooms. Wash the pepper and cut it into thin strips. When the mushrooms are browned until half, put the pan pepper. Stir and leave to grill on medium heat.
Separately, mix the sour cream, herbs and spices. Put the resulting cream sauce into the meat. Stir and add water or broth (if available). When the sauce comes to a boil, cover and reduce heat. The meat should stew for 20-30 minutes, until tender. If during this time the sauce boil, add more water.
For a couple of minutes until cooked meat throw in a couple of bay leaves to give the dish a special flavor.
