How to cook salmon tartar
Tartar sauce is called the French, as well as any dishes made with finely chopped ingredients, which can be fish, meat and fruit. One of the most popular and loved by many option of dishes is salmon tartar.

You will need:

- Avocado - 1 pc .;
- pepper, salt - to taste;
- dill - 1 sprig.
Smoked salmon chop, onion peel, then chop.
Avocado wash, then divide in half and remove pits.
Connect finely chopped fish and onions, pour olive oil on top and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Put in half an avocado tartare and sprinkle with black pepper, and add a small amount of salt, then serve immediately, garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs.
