The five-liter pot, pour water, put the meat bones and put on fire. Once the foam rises, remove it, and when the broth boils, reduce heat.
While cooked meat bones (about 1.5 hours), cook the meatballs.
Take the pulp of beef or pork (can be both half), a good wash, cut into small pieces and mince.
In the resulting mince add finely chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Blind from his small meatballs the size of a walnut.
Cook the meatballs in salted water (about 15 minutes). Then remove them from the pan and set aside.
