For the filling, soak the raisins in advance. Go through it, remove the withered stalks. Rinse under running water and pour boiling water. Leave until the raisins are not swells.
Whisk the eggs in a fluffy foam. The best thing to do to use a blender or mixer. If you do not have these kitchen appliances, it is possible to do this ordinary whisk beater or fork.
