How to cook vegetable stew with meat
Vegetable stew - excellent dinner. Especially in summer, when you want something less fat. It can be prepared with any addition of the taste of vegetables (potato, eggplant, and cabbage, etc.). Here's one recipe. The recipe is designed for 6 servings.
You will need:
500 gr. meat. It is best to fit not fat pork or beef, 1 large or two small carrots, onion 1pc. (If a little is 2 pcs.), 500 gr. potato, 1 sweet pepper, ¼ small head of cabbage, 3-4 peas allspice, 2 bay leaf, black pepper, salt, chili and herbs.

Cut pieces of meat the size of 3 * 3 cm.
Take a roasting pan or saucepan, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. As soon as the oil heats up, put in it and fry the meat over high heat so that a golden crust.
Cut carrots into sticks. The strips should be thin, but not too narrow, about 1cm. Add in a roasting pan and fry the meat.
Then cut the potatoes into cubes of 3-4 cm. And put the meat and carrots. Sauté over medium heat.
Bulgarian pepper cut into strips and the onion into half rings, and also put them in a saucepan.
Add salt and pepper and then pour half a cup of water.
Cabbage finely cut and put on the meat with vegetables. On cabbage put the bay leaf and pepper peas.
Then follows all very thoroughly. Simmer, stirring every ten minutes on low heat for 50 minutes.
After 40 minutes, that is, ten minutes before cooking, add finely chopped dill and parsley. Stew should be served hot.
