How to Easter

Easter - cottage cheese a special dish, which is prepared only for Easter, symbolizes the sweetness of life in Eden. In Russia, it occupies a leading position on the holiday table. You will need:

1.5 kg of the finished cheese, or 1 to 5 liters of yogurt and milk fat; 500 g of sugar; 5 eggs; 500g unsalted butter; 200 g fat sour cream; 1 package vanillin; 200g raisins light varieties; 100 g almonds or walnuts; zest of 1 lemon; candied fruit; gauze; forms for Easter (3-4 pieces).

Step 1:

Prepare the cheese yourself. Dilute desired amount of milk to boiling. Pour him the same amount of yogurt. Allow to cool.
