How to fry chicken legs

You will need:
3-4 chicken legs; 2 lemons; 5 cloves of garlic; 5 tomatoes; 3 onions; 50 g of processed cheese; cloves to taste; 2 tablespoons butter; salt to taste; herbs to taste.
Instruction how to fry chicken legs
For the preparation of fried chicken legs with cheese and vegetables thaw legs in the microwave or at room temperature, rinse them thoroughly and, if they are large, cut each into 2 parts with a knife for meat. Take pre-washed and peeled garlic and rub it on a small grater. Roll each piece of chicken legs in the grated garlic, then season with salt and pepper to taste meat. Crush the cloves and sprinkle it on the pieces of chicken legs.
Light and heat the oven. Evenly grease the pan with butter, put it prepared chicken legs, put it in the oven, reduce the heat and cook chicken legs approximately 15-20 minutes. Then add the temperature in the oven and once on chicken legs appear appetizing golden brown, remove the pan from the oven and turn it off.
Take a lemon, rinse them under running water and squeeze the juice from them, pour that on the legs. Wash the tomatoes, take a knife and cut the tomatoes in their circles about 1 cm thick. Wash, peel and chop the onion rings. Prepared in this way put the tomatoes and onions on top of each piece of chicken leg. Take a large grater, grate the cheese on it and sprinkle it on top.
If the oven until cool, then bring the legs up to readiness without turning it. To do this, again, put in a baking oven with the meat and leave it there just for a few minutes - as soon as the cheese melts on chicken legs, so they are ready. In that case, if the oven temperature has dropped, then ignite it again and put the chicken legs with vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Then, gently shift them on a dish. Before serving fried chicken legs with cheese and vegetables it is recommended to decorate pre-washed and chopped dill and parsley.
