How to marinate seafood mix
Mussels, squid, scallops, octopus, shrimp and other seafood - not only delicious, but also useful dietary product health. You will need:
500 g frozen mixture "Seafood Cocktail"; slice of lemon; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 1 clove of garlic; 1 small onion; 2 tablespoons dry white wine; half red chili peppers; 20 g butter; 1 tablespoon vegetable oils; herbs and green onions.
Instruction how to marinate seafood mix
1. Thaw a mixture of seafood (squid, shrimp, mussels, squid and octopus), fold them in a colander and let drain. Grind all the ingredients to a size mussels or shrimp, so that all of the cocktail ingredients were the same size.
2. Prepare the marinade for seafood mix: Mix soy sauce and lemon juice. The resulting mixture pour seafood and leave for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. While the marinated seafood mix, chop the onion and garlic, and chili pepper, peeled from the walls and seeds, cut into half rings. Fry all together in a small amount of vegetable oil.
