How to prepare rabbit, braised in milk

You will need:

1 rabbit carcass; 1 liter of milk; 2 onions; 2 carrots; water; salt and pepper to taste; optional: 3 tablespoons of lard.

Step 1:

SPLIT fresh rabbit carcass. To do this, pull the skin on the abdomen, then carefully incise it. Make the cut with a knife from the pelvis to grudorebernoy walls and carefully remove the giblets. Try in any case not to damage the intestines and gall bladder, so as not to stain or spoil the meat! Cut off the head of the line of the first vertebra of the neck, then cut into two phrenic partition and remove the throat, lungs and esophagus.

Step 2:

Cut the carcass in split into a dozen pieces and soak for 15 minutes in salted water, cool. All the fat is cut off and melt in a pan. If it is not enough, add about 3 tablespoons of swine visceral fat. When it begins to sizzle, fry in it meat on both sides until golden brown. After that, remove the rabbit from the pan and set aside.

Step 3:

Step 5:
