Mushroom soup with potatoes

You will need:
Mushrooms - 400 grams; Potatoes - 3-4 pcs .; Onions - 1 pc .; Carrots - 1 small or half high; Olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon; Butter - 10 grams; Salt, herbs and garlic - to taste.
Instruction mushroom soup with potatoes
Mushrooms cut into, pour 2-2.5 liters of water, boil and cook the broth over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Onions, carrots, potatoes clean. Onions and carrots finely chop (grate) and fry in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Remove the cooked mushrooms in the soup, put the pan in roasted vegetables, add 10 grams of butter and fry everything on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Potatoes cut into small cubes and toss into the boiling mushroom broth with roasted carrots, onions and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes.
